I wouldn't get new boots at this time because they won't fit him after the trim is corrected. Your trimmer/farrier probably thinks they can't go any further into what looks like sole but that is not

1. Move to more frequent trips, 4 weeks, following the April trim markup guidelines.

There's some improvement but the trim still has a long way to go. At six week intervals, it's going to extremely difficult, if not impossible, to get it under control as the feet are going

Was there a trim done after the rads, pix dated 5-24-2022 were done? Getting rads and pix the same day is great for being able to assess exactly what is happening with the trim in real

I did not know about the "veil" until my horse exhibited the signs and went off of his feed....which I was using as a carrier for his supplements, Vit E, salt, flaxseed, PhytoQuench etc.

New to group - stumbling along

Will have to wait until next trim next Wednesday when I have someone to help as Dixie is no longer co-operative. There is very little done each fortnightly trim which is perhaps why we are not getting

So today, beet pulp is officially off the menu. He won't even think about it. I think he has a stress tummy and I have been giving him ulcerguard and aloe pellets since this all started.
