Thanks, Nancy. I’ll try again. We’re just trying to make it day to day. In her opinion nothing makes her comfortable. I’m not sure anything can make her comfortable because I can’t replace her

Yes she is holding her head and neck stiffly. No speculum was used specifically because the last time she was done a different vet used a speculum and power tool and she colicked. She

Just a warning we have had significant problems with what Mad Barn considers balanced.
The low thyroid values are secondary to uncontrolled PPID or EMS. That's where your focus should be.
