I had a Paso Fino mare that had cushings, she was only 16 the vet i was using gave me bute powder to help her with the pain. she was farther along with it though. for a few years we thought that it

I think what you read was use hot water for a 30 minute soak. Cold water soaks are 60 minutes. IF the hay is over 10% (NSC) or ESC + Starch soak the hay - however - each horse is different and

Do you mean flaxseed oil? That's been recommended instead of
the ground flaxseed. I'm not sure if linseed oil is quite the same,
though it comes from the same plant.
