My horse was tested end of January for ACTH and Insulin/gulose ratio.
His ACTH was well within normal. In the last 4 years he has never

EPSM horses are typically very insulin SENSITIVE, low insulin levels. I
do get a fair number every year that become IR on the high fat diets
though.

early Cushings, AND you chose to keep your horse on pergolide, how
would you know how to determine the dosage?

Another option is to cut the tip off the syringe (if you haven't done so already) and screw a knife around the resulting hole to make it bigger.
