I read in the files that forms of glucosamine and MSM should be avoided. I
switched my joint supplement to one that only has Chondroiten Sulfate in it.

I checked with the owner/manager today (having not heard anything to
the contrary, I was pretty sure he was getting his dosage without any
problem), and she herself gives him the pill every morning. I
