Re: Vitamin E and oil
Hi Kandace,
Mad Barn mixes their vit E with oil prior to pelletizing, BUT as Dr. Kellon says there is no guarantee that the vit E hasn't degraded.
Instead, you can add it from human-grade capsules

Re: Severe laminitis case
How long has she been unable to stand for trimming? Can you post radiographs?
Lots of questions and requests but we can't help you if we don't know what you're dealing with.

Re: Vitamin E and oil
Kandace,
I generally don't count vitamin E that is in feeds or multi ingredient supplements because it degrades quickly. Add it separately.

Senior Feed sugar starch levels
Hello all,
I am reading many posts that state no, or almost no, processed feed is safe for a PPID horse. I have to assume that that is if being fed as only feed or at recommended levels?
J is 28 y.o.

Vitamin E and oil
Hello all,
If your horses vit.E is in the form of pellets or powder and they need it in oil to make it digestable, what do you use?
I have received Mad Barn AT+ and am about to start this well

Yes - timing is getting tight. So either of these products will work then, whichever I can get sooner (and/or the best value)?
Thank you!

The 26% on the Uckele product isn't purity. It's the % of the weight that is

Re: Pergolide dosage on newly diagnosed PPID mare
Hi Anne,
The correct dose of Prascend is the one that controls the ACTH. Given Tricana's last test result I would want her on at least 1mg a day and then retest after 3 weeks on that dose. Hopefully

Re: Severe laminitis case
Hi Calla,
You'll get a full welcome message shortly but some of the information that will help us help you and your girl:
Is she PPID and/or IR?
Do you have current test results if the answer to above
