Any correlation between Vit E and foot soreness?
I have tried to reintroduce Vit E twice now since our right dorsal colitis complications, and both times I feel like I notice an increase in foot soreness... is it a completely unrelated coincidence,

Unresponsive insulin resistance
Strawberry’s insulin came back >200 again from her 9/3 bloodwork. Her ACTH was 34 I think, but I don’t have the report yet. She is worse today and has started laying down more. Nothing seems to help.

Strawberry new rads :( (Currently in extreme discomfort)
She is pretty sore yet, she hasn't moved much. I wonder if I should try putting the thick black pads back in again instead of the wool felt that is in there... but I think she is done with us messing

I just weighed my scoop of flax on my kitchen scale and the 1/2cup scoop is 1.6-1.8oz, so she was getting 3.2-3.6oz per day. (Phew)

I didn't realize the Timothy Balance cubes are fed at a lesser rate. I can adjust down, it just seems like such a small amount of food. She gets about 2 cups of the teff pellets AM & PM to mix her sup

thoughts on teff hay?
I came across this old thread and wanted to add something for anyone considering or using teff hay. The cuttings that contain seeds are dangerous because the fine seed stems are actually rough/barbed

Balancing teff pellets
I know the analysis will change a bit from one run to the next, but I thought maybe there would be a general recommendation to go with the teff, since there are a couple analysis' in the files already
