I actually saw the fluffy dapples today on Fergus after his morning workout, so I took a photo. https://ecir.groups.io/g/CaseHistory/photo/266236/3345812?p=pcreated%2C%2C%2C20%2C2%2C0%2C0

The tricky part about him living outside is that injuries are hard to deal with. He stayed in last night but went out today and they just made sure he stayed quiet, so he’s been moving around walking,

Thanks Dawn. I will start looking at all of these great ideas and go look at the Hay Chix site. He’s generally pretty self preserving so I’m not sure how he got himself into this situation.

Im interested in any and all hay bag suggestions. I did buy some ground feeder type tubs for now. It’s not a slow feed option, but it’s at least safe. I had read that it wasn’t healthy to put the hay
