Can also order it without added calcium if you want...Omega Horseshine is supposed to be good as well. Some folks also buy whole flax seed and grind at every meal. We get our bulk flax seed at a Menonite Bulk Food Store. It's $3.16 for a
full pound and is excellent. Most health food stores should carry it in bulk. Anita in Mo. |
