Hi Susie.. thanks for the tips and so sorry for having to ask this but I've looked all over and can't seem to find anywhere to insert a signature line for a post. I apologize for my computer ignorance.

Hi, Judy,

Not a problem! I'm sure you are not computer ignorant. :))

In Microsoft Outlook, there is a tool whereby you can create your signature.
You can add your link to your case history there and simply insert your
signature that you created each time you post. You can also do it the
standard way and simply write/type in your link to your history each time
you sign a post. This is more time consuming as you have to double check
that your link is correct and you have to type it each time.

In MS Outlook, go to the Toolbar and find "INSERT". You will then see
"Signature" . You can create your signature there. If you need more help,
please feel to contact me off list at whitneygt "at" hughes "dot" net.

Thank you for asking your question!
