Hope update

Hi all,
Just to let everyone know that Hope went home sound and barefoot on Sept 15th 9 months after I took her on to rehab her. That was quite the job. They are following everything that I have implemented. Hope's I.R. is under control and her Cushing's also. For the fall high she was increased to 1mg from 0.5mg to keep her ACTH in the normal range and Hope is presently on 1mg of Pergolide. Hope was uncontrolled on all fronts and undiagnoes and this was the third founder attack and she had founder and rotated to within 2mm of enatration. Thanks to you of all for your help on all counts, including the trims (hoof work)and all the asssitance I received with this. Could not have done it woth out this group. Hope finally has a resolution to her medical issues and the owners are believers now. Angela and the girls Canada, A.B. 2004. |
