Vitamin E source

I was just getting my winter stash of AAKG ordered, and noticed that Mybesthorse now carries vitamin E with oil capsules as well as powdered vitamin E.  Maybe this was posted before - sorry if duplicating, but this was good news to me.

Oh my goodness!  I just ordered some stuff and never even noticed Vit. E capsules.  I'll check out the prices and compare with Naturemade at Costco.  Joan's prices are usually pretty good.

What is the group's opinion on natural vs synthetic vitamin e? I have been spending a lot more buying natural but if synthetic is ok then I might switch.

Hi,
Either one is fine. Natural is absorbed more readily but all the NRC recommendations are based on values for the synthetic. Just be sure that whichever type you use has oil in the gelcap or you will need to open the gelcap and mix the contents into some oil before feeding.

Sorry about not signing I was on my cell phone and a yahoo survey popped up, thought I was closing it but apparently it was sending my message. I had another question I was going to ask but you answered it so thanks. Heather in Colorado, 2013
