Error code accessing ECHoof files

Hi...I've been a member since 12/12 but can't access the ECHoof files through the Table of Contents.  I keep getting an error code:

Error

Description: Could not process this "GET" request.

I don't seem to be able to access any sister files.  What do I need to do? I know there is a wealth of info out there but I just don't seem to be able to access a lot of it.  Thanks.

Hi June,

If you haven't visited the groups in a while, there have been some changes in Yahoo that are causing a lot of headaches. Yahoo has adopted a new form called "Neo" and it has really been interfering with our ability to access files and messages.  Leanne and Nancy are working on it and Nancy posted a note about it yesterday.  Ha!  Actually 3 notes, as I see that Neo was messing with her at the time!  I just tried to access all of the inks that she put in this message:   https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/EquineCushings/conversations/messages/189464  Most of them worked for me this morning.  Try accessing what you are looking for from that message and see if you can get in that way.

Hi all...thanks for the tips but I get the same error code when I go to the sites you indicated.  Nothing works and has not for a long time for me.  I don't know what to do to access all this great info in these sister sites.

Hi Nancy.....now I get a different error code for both paths:

"Oops!
You need to be a member to perform this action."

I'm getting closer I think.  How do I become a member of this subgroup or any other subgroup that I'm interested in.  Thanks so much.

Hooray June.

You need to go to the group and join, just like you did here.  I think there should be a link to the group but if not, it's ECHoof you are talking about right? Anyway....here are links to all our sub groups.  Praying they work.  :-/

Hi Nancy...thank you for sticking with me on this....now I get this error code when I try to join the subgroups:
Sorry, an error occurred while loading the content.

After I get this code, the screen locks up and I have to get out of the Yahoo site and reenter it in order to get it to work.

I feel like I'm just so close to getting there but still not there.  What next?

Hi Nancy,
I was able to join the EC History 8 group and create a folder but when I click on "upload" to add my case history nothing happens. It is as if the button isn't working. Can you please look into this?

Hi, Laura - Neo is giving everyone major headaches.  I just tried the upload button in your folder, and a list of my documents appeared, so it appears to be working now.  Maybe try again - there is often no rhyme or reason to when things with Neo work and when they don't.

Hang in June....

I would call this a NEO issue that may be resolved today so would ask you try again and let us know.

If unsuccessful, I am hoping Linda or Susan (Hoof mods) see this exchange and will check your membership status on ECHoof as I cannot. A direct invitation to you to join from a mod might solve the issue.
