Hi Nancy... might you have printed flyers done up at some point for the conference?

I know the two vets that I deal with here in the Verde Valley let their office assistants handle most of their email. It would be nice to put something in their hand/on their desk if available.
Thanks so much, Sally

Dear Fellow ECIR Members,
The US alone has almost 10 million horses.
The most current estimates are that 10% to 15% of horses will suffer from laminitis every year, with 80% to 90% of the cases caused by endocrine disease.
That is, on average, 1 million per year in the US alone.
It can be a death sentence if not diagnosed and managed correctly. Since 1999, the ECIR Group has improved the welfare of equines with metabolic disorder by focusing on prevention and treatment of endocrinopathic laminitis. Helping caregivers learn to recognize the importance of diagnosis, diet, trim, and exercise has seen thousands through the complications of Equine Cushing’s Disease and Insulin Resistance.

Hi,
Long time lurker, first time poster; hope I have this right.
I have offered to pay my vet's expenses to go to this conference. Any idea
when we might know about the credits/CEUs? He needs to know as he is looking
ahead at scheduling, attending other continuing ed. seminars.
Thank you.

Perfectly right Aimee! What a generous offer! I will have to let Nancy (or someone else who knows) answer your question about the CEU's, but here is the info from the 2015 conference if that helps at all:
And yes, your join date was 5/2014--good guess?

I have never been to one of their seminars, but I am thinking about it! They actually give credits for vets! If you join the group they will probably have more information soon. Linda
