There is not a place in the CH form for CBC results.  You need to add a sub folder called "blood work results".  Look in the wiki for instructions:  https://ecir.groups.io/g/main/wiki/How-to-Use-Your-Case-History-Folder  Scroll down to

"How your Case History Folder Works"
