ODTB and Feed Help

I just got off the phone with my Southern States and although they say they "might" be able to order the cubes at some point, she has no idea when and it's not sounding good.
I've had to give my guys rsr beet pulp and Travis has gone laminitic now. Even though he wasn't eating the cubes well anymore, at least he could walk. Please help, I've called every feed mill around and can't find soy hull pellets either. I emailed Stacy this morning, but haven't heard back yet.
