Stabl1/Tractor Supply

Pam Martin <pmart1132@...>

Greetings
My local TSC has been ordering Stabl1 for me for the last year or so, however, tonight they told me they will not be stocking anymore due to Anderson Feed no longer manufacturing and a smaller company is now making it.  They are unwilling to pay the freight with this new company and told me to try to find elsewhere.  Does anyone know who is now making Stabl1 and how I can contact them?
Thank you!

Chewy was out of the flavor my guys eat, and I was able to order it direct from the company.  It's only a 20lb bag, though.  I do like the sampler of treats, though!

Stabul 1 is still being manufactured by Nuzu Feed, which is part of Anderson Feed Company. This hasn't changed.

It is TSC corporate that has decided to no longer carry/sell the product.

I would use the "contact us" link on their web site and explain your situation http://stabul1.com/ .

Thanks for everyone's response.  I spoke with Randy Anderson from Anderson feed today and he assured me they are still making the Stabul1 feed.  TSC does not want to pay the freight for the product to be shipped to them, however, Randy, the TSC manager and I may still be able to work things out.  If there is anyone in the NE Ohio area that is interested in splitting a pallet please let me know.  I have it shipped to Salem, which is near the Youngstown/Canton area.

For those in Southeast MI, the Ann Arbor TSC assured me they will continue to order it and have on hand. She said there are several people that buy it.

TSC does't allow them to advertise this, but if you know people with horses that have EPSM/PSSM or need to lose weight, it is ideal for them too.

The "losing weight" words caught my attention.  I have never used Stabul1 ... is it in place of hay?  How does it help to lose weight?

Stabul 1 isn’t a magic weight loss product, but it can replace a small portion of your hay in situations where you need to feed a pellet.  It’s low-starch, low-sugar, low-fat, mineral balanced, no iron added, and widely accepted, so it’s a better choice than most pellets for our horses.  But it’s lower in fiber and higher in starch than Triple Crown Timothy Balance Cubes and some hay.  (Hay varies widely.)
