Dr. Kellon,
I joined the group in 2007 for my purebred Arabian mare. Her case history was on the old sporthorse group. She has always had higher insulin, but I've managed her well with the group's protocol. She's 28 now. Her ACTH was checked a few times in past years and was always normal. I had her insulin tested this spring as usual. It was over 130 uIU/mL despite a very tight diet. Her feet are fine and she's totally sound. She's only a little lethargic compared to her normal spry self. I asked my vet to run a stim test. Her baseline was 18.25 and over 500 post stim (Cornell). She's been prescribed 1 mg Prascend that I started 4 days ago. If you need any more horses in your study, she's available. I can always fill out a current case history.
