Hi Kim, Your basic numbers say that Tuck's insulin could be better controlled. Whether that involves tightening up his diet, increasing medication or something else is going to be impossible to say without the details provided in a case history.

They reveal EMS. Insulin not quite high enough for acute laminitis risk but it is doing damage to the feet.

Kim, I’d be glad to try helping you with your case history, if you like. I don’t live near you so it would have to be virtually. I put together a short video for a meeting on the steps you need to take to post a case history. I can send that to you and see if it helps or inspires more questions.
