Blood results

Sounds like you’re making progress, Kylie!  I’m thinking a tablet of some sort should be part of every horseperson’s tools, unless you have a computer.  Being able to see what you’re doing makes things so much easier.  You can speak to enter if you’re careful or get a Bluetooth keyboard to use with your phone.
Let us know if you get stuck again.

Martha is the expert on i-devices but to get you started now, first, make sure you have the Pages app installed on your phone.  Second, somewhere in the app is an option to switch from read-only to editing and you need to turn that on.  Then you should be ok to go.  I can't imagine filling out the form on a phone though, although many of our members do.  A tablet or computer if you have access to one would be a lot easier for you.

Was that bloodwork done fasting?  If not, what and when did she eat prior to it?

Hi Kylie,

The CH form is definitely much easier to manage on a PC or laptop than on a phone.  One of our volunteers who is familiar with the Apple devices will be along to help you with that (I'm on a laptop and an Android so not at all familiar with making the pages version work, particularly on a phone).

Hi Kylie,

This is better but what are the reference ranges for each?  Is she on any medication?  What is she eating?  How much does she weigh?  How much should she weigh?  This is why we ask for a case history otherwise the bloodwork doesn't mean all that much.

Please join the Case History subgroup (https://ecir.groups.io/g/CaseHistory) and post the actual test results in either a photo album or Case History Folder (you will need to create both of those following the directions you were sent when you joined the group.  Those are also referenced in your welcome message: To: Kylie86Evans.... (groups.io).

You can also put them in a message in a form that makes sense (ie: ACTH x.x with a reference range of y to z) as what you've tried to copy and paste is not formatted correctly.
