I just finished completing the history form to my best ability in pages. I'm sure im overlooking it but I only see the Mac version of what to do next. I'm soooo not phone or computer savvy and currently and a bit ( perhaps a lot overwhelmed currently ... any help would be so awesome! I can't even figure out how to rename the form, loladrienne-Ky-2023 -- Adrienne Williams in KY, 2022 |

Hi Adrienne, I can send you a link to a video which you may or may not find helpful. I made the video for a meeting and was allowed an 8 minute timeframe so it’s a bit rushed but you can watch it as often as you like. The video covers using both a Mac and a PC and you’ll notice that because loading up the case history is done almost entirely from the browser (Safari, most likely, for you) it makes little difference which. Just let me know if you’d like a link. You should also have received instructions on loading your case history after you placed your first post here if you prefer reading instructions to watching a video. Martha in Vermont

Hi Adrienne, You now need to go to the Files section of the CH group (https://ecir.groups.io/g/CaseHistory/files) and create a folder named Adrienne and Horse's Name. To do this click on the "+New/Upload" button at the top of the file list and then select "New Folder" from the drop down list. That folder will be where you upload the case history form which should be named Horse's Name Case History Form (which you can do by doing File>Save As while you are in the file). You will need to remember where the file is after you save it with the new name. Once you've created the Case History folder you will need to go into that folder (the fastest way to find it again is going to be by doing a search on your name) and then once the folder appears in the search results click on it to open it. When you are in the folder you'll again click on the "+New/Upload" button and this time select 'Upload File'. You will then need to navigate to where you saved the file and select it and then click OK to upload it. That's the quick version - the more complete directions are at the end of the case history document.

Cass’s instructions are great! But if you have access to a computer, that would make it much easier.

Ok I may have figured it out via my phone.
I saved my history in pages to my files on my iPhone, I created my folder name Adrienne and Wyatt and then I Uploaded the pages document. I'm still unclear about what my url is? If I have successfully uploaded it , will someone view it for advice or what to do next ? I appreciate the patience and help so much -- Adrienne Williams in KY, 2022 |

Yes, good job! But you missed a step. You need to upload a PDF copy of the Pages.app form.
You create a PDF by clicking the circle with three dots up by the EDIT button while you have the Case History form open. You will see the Export button. Choose PDF . That is what you need to upload because it is a universal format everyone can see using any operating system. Do that, and I'll explain the URL next. -- Cass, Sonoma Co., CA 2012 ECIR Group Moderator Cayuse and Diamond Case History Folder Cayuse Photos Diamond Photos |

Hi, Adrienne.
The URL you need is the URL for you CH folder. This is it: https://ecir.groups.io/g/CaseHistory/files/Adrienne%20and%20Wyatt You need to copy and paste that URL into your automatic signature at your subscription link: https://ecir.groups.io/g/main/editsub Paste the URL in the signature box under you name, location and 2022. After you paste, add a space or a return, and the URL will turn blue. One more thing! Don't leave the page until after you scroll all the way to the bottom and SAVE! -- Cass, Sonoma Co., CA 2012 ECIR Group Moderator Cayuse and Diamond Case History Folder Cayuse Photos Diamond Photos |
