You should probably post this in the Horsekeeping forum since it's off-topic here. I just ordered powdered "Pureform" vit E from Apple Saddlery in Ontario. I was getting some items from MBH in the US and when I tried to order more product via my PayPal account I received a message saying only US PayPal accounts were allowed. I looked on their website and they are no longer shopping outside of the US.
