My vet is having me change Joker from metformin to steglatro due to his extreme lethargy and depressed behavior. 

I think there were other concerns about this med. Could someone remind me what else I should be monitoring or changing in his diet when I start steglatro.

As we have learned here, it is not well recognized how extremely important the diet is once on these drugs.
