I submitted our grass hay as delivered as well as the same hay soaked, rinsed and dried to Equi-Analytical for analysis.  The results are uploaded to our case history in the Hay Analysis folder, dated 2022.10.31.  Please advise if we need to continue soaking the hay.  Also need to have it mineral balanced.

Thank you all for the abundant great advice.  I have done everything recommended and Dot is moving well right now.  He is walking barefoot comfortably on all surfaces and turning well also.  I don’t leave him barefoot for long, but a bit longer each time and he is tolerating it well.  Otherwise he is in Cloud boots.  Tomorrow the vet comes for x-rays and blood work (insulin, glucose & ACTH).
