Idexx always tests lower so that's not surprising. Cornell's result isn't all that different from 2019. There's a  lot more that goes into than temperature.  Are these all with free choice hay overnight?

The first step to wisdom is "I don't know."

For several reasons lab results for insulin have come from different labs. for my horse Phoenix:

2018     Antech 90.00 uU/mL Range 00 - 42
"            "           68      "          "
2019     "           51      "          "
2020     "           85      "          "
2021     "           81      "          "

2022     Idex      39.7  uLU/mL  Range 4.5 - 20
2022     Cornel   49.68 uU/mL   Range 10 - 40

This last one from Cornel was taken at 9.am with 30 degree f. temp
All others taken about 11 am with temp being about 60 degree f.
If I take the results and range from Idex and Cornel and double them I get the following
2022   Idex 79.4 Range 9 - 40
2922 Cornel 99.36 Range 20- 80

Does this make sense? Seems to have a more consistent pattern. I know this in the diabetic range and have always had glucose checked at same time but not necessarily with labs. (more likely inhouse vet hosp.)
