If he's doing well there's no reason to retest now.

Hi All,
Vet is scheduled to do blood draw tomorrow to check Falki's insulinl. He's been on Metformin since Aug 6. We are in a very cold 3 day stretch (-17C high and -33C low) but Falki is doing quite well in his layered blankets, boots, socks and wraps.
