Hi had repeat labs drawn Dec 30.  Insulin is now 50.4 down from >200 and ACTH is elevated at 30.1 was 29.7 last draw.  Still needs stimulation test.  He is doing well. Losing weight and sound.  Seems more energetic more like his old self.  We have decided to ship him in a box stall with Equine express for his move from Oklahoma to South Carolina.  I’ve updated his case history.

He is still on Metformin.
