Prascend dose on test day
Woody is on a routine where he gets APF at a certain time followed by his Prascend dose, also at a certain time.
His ACTH is being tested today at around or just after the same time. Should I hold off on the Prascend dose until after the blood draw?

Chris, no, keep the same routine. You want to know if the dosage you are giving is effective and working to keep ACTH in an acceptable range. Changing the time of dosage right before or after a blood draw should have little effect on the subsequent ACTH as it is not immediately effective, nor would ACTH significantly rise if you are an hour or two out of dosage time.
