Blood draw after mischievous pony got his blocked muzzle off

TERRI JENNINGS

Finn and Elliott are getting blood drawn tomorrow morning for ACTH, insulin and triglycerides. Elliott got his blocked grazing muzzle off today for possibly up to an hour in the afternoon. Should I reschedule all or part of his blood draw or will the invokana help have an accurate reading in the morning?

Thanks,

I don't think you have to worry.  Insulin is so meal-dependant that a 1 hr infraction probably won't affect the next day's bloodwork.
