The carnitine I ordered has still not arrived and looks like it may take a while. I discovered I have some alcar tablets - should I start with them or is it okay just to wait for the carnitine powder? We're on day 3/4 of steglatro.

I'm feeding 360g beet, 8.4kg hay, 200g chaff, 80g linseed (560kg horse). Meal plan (!) Below.
