Case History help

Cnsteck@...

Hello!

I somehow uploaded my case file history, saw that it was posted this morning. I am struggling to figure out how to put posts in the correct  groups.

Guidance please. Thanks!

Hi Natalie,
Thanks for uploading your case history.  Could you please add to your signature a link to the folder which contains your case history.  That will make it easier for us to find and review.  Let us know if you need help with that but it’s basically adding the copied link to your saved signature in the subscription area here.  https://ecir.groups.io/g/main/editsub
Be sure to press “Save” and return.

When you want to post a question or something relevant to your horse, you would start a new topic and label it with a suitable subject heading.  You can continue posting on that topic until the subject changes, at which time you should post a new topic.  Threads tend to grow ever longer and we lose track of what they contain so best to make the topic fairly narrow and limit the posts to that thread to that topic.
You are also welcome to post to a thread posted by someone else as long as it’s relevant to their situation and topic.  If you post a new question in the middle of someone else’s thread which is unrelated, it will undoubtedly get lost or we will need to take the time to separate it out.
If I didn’t answer your question, please rephrase it and I’ll try again.

Hi Natalie,

I see your uploaded Case History but it needs to be moved into a folder that you still need to create (call it 'Natalie and China').  It's the URL link to your folder that you need to add to your signature because this is also where you are going to post hay tests, bloodwork, etc.

Instructions for creating the folder are at the back of the Case History.  If you get stuck please let us know specifically where.

A bit of extra help:

This link takes you to the Files area of the Case History subgroup.  The Files are sorted to show the most recently "Updated" at the top.  Your Case History is at the top of the list at the moment.

Click on the blue "+ New/Upload button" and select "New Folder".  Follow the prompts to name it.  Now go into your new folder and click on the blue "+ New/Upload button" and select "Upload File".  Navigate to where your files is saved on your device and select it.  Almost done!

Go back to the Files area and delete your free-floating Case History.

Go back into your folder, copy the URL at the top of the page, then paste that into your signature box on the main ECIR page using the link to your subscription settings that Martha provided.
