Case history help/ Captain Drifter

Hi all,
Non tech person here. Captain Drifter's case history was entered by my trimmer, so I could not update it. I made a new one, but cannot seem to get it uploaded. I need to connect my signature to the new case history. Then, I will need to delete the old case history, so the new updated one is the only one. Hi Laura, The new Case History you created is in your already existing folder (I just moved it for you). No need for a new folder, or a new link. That's why we ask you to link to the folder not the file in the first place :-)
