Invokana and new bloodwork

Stormy has been on Invokana for a month as of 3-6-23.
He is currently on 300 MG. Do I keep this up or do we cut back to 150mg? I will need to order more as I have 7 weeks left, but I wanted to know if I should order the 300mg or 150 mg? Received new bloodwork which was done on 3-7-23 and the temps were about 63. I will update my CH soon. I think I need to put it on the new site so I will need to have more time to figure that out. Anything I need to do? Insulin is down quite a bit but Triglycerides are up. Should I worry about the triglycerides? I would keep him on 300 mg. That triglyceride rise is minor. What is his diet?

Timothy cubes balanced hay 3 pounds a day with the appropriate amount of salt, vit e, flax and Vermont blend supplements (appropriate amount per this group).
Low sugar and starch hay. Not 100% free choice but close a little more than 20# a day. I can't go free choice as he will gain too much weight. But I also feed him every 2 hours as I am lucky enough to have him on my farm. Appreciate it.
