I remember several years ago that BI was studying a pill that contained two of these meds. My question is might 2,be better than one? Additionally, I know most people in the group are using Invokana, how will we know if one of the other drugs in this class might be better for horses?

To my knowledge no company has ever consider combining two SGLT2 inhibitors. In humans they have been used with metformin.

The only other drug in the class being used for horses is ertugliflozin and they seem to be pretty equivalent so far.
