Issue with adding loaded documents to link to lab results in new CH file

I’ve entered the lab results and uploaded the documents. The insulin, ACTH & glucose are all one report. I was able to link it to the insulin and glucose entries, but am getting no where linking it to the ACTH entry. When I say “Add Doc” and “Choose from your existing documents” it does change from “Choose” to “Selected”, but there is no button to attach it.

Make sure all the boxes above that are required are filled in. They are noted by an asterisk. Most often it is Description that is missing. Once you have completed all the boxes and choose your file, the green ADD THIS DOCUMENT button will appear. On a separate note, I have sent you a private note in response to your email to me. It is from threecatfarm@... and if you have not seen it may be in your spam folder. Just wanted you to know. Note that it has case-history and Dot's id (62) in the URL. That's how you know you are in the right place. What is in your signature currently is to your edit/add work area and viewable only by you. I’m trying to add more lab results, this one for a chemistry screen. For time of blood draw I’m choosing from the drop down, but no matter what time I choose I get an error message “Enter a valid value”.

Time and date is mostly controlled by your browser. I just tested to try and replicate your issue on Chrome, Firefox and Safari and could not do so. I did get a "drop down" option for Chrome but I could also type in my numbers. Either way, it worked. As outlined here when stuck, refresh can your friend. I would do a hard refresh and try again. I was using my ipad, so Safari which is updated. I signed out and then back in but same thing. I did not reboot the device. I couldn’t type in the box, only select from the drop down, and nothing I selected was accepted. I did get it all entered by using my desktop (which was much quicker!!), then linked the related documents from the ipad. All good now. Thanks for the help. -- Nancy O, Elbert County, CO, 2022 |
