I hate to ask a question here about this but not sure where to ask for help logging into the new site. I reset my password with the one emailed to me and I cannot log into the new system. Any help directing me where to go for help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to upload radiographs. Many thanks in advance. Kimberly

Kimberly,if you haven't tried this, on the page that asks for email and password, just go down to green Request button and click on it.

So far we are okay discussing this here. If you have the problem, likely so do others. We may eventually be asked to move, but for now.... You are already registered as a member on the new site. Do this first: If you have tried more than three times, you will be locked out and sent back to groups.io. You can however, usually override this by closing down all instances of your browser, clearing your cache and rebooting. While you are in your browser, make sure it is up-to-date. Next: Ask the site for a new password. The biggest stumbling block to successful login is copying the email/ID and password correctly. Even picking up an extra blank space in your computer generated pw will cause it to be incorrect. We recommend setting your browser to automatically enter your ID & PW at each login. Please see documentation on how to do this for your particular browser by searching on Google, DuckDuckGo, or other search engine. Once you are successful logging in making sure cookies are enabled for the site, will help to make things easier for future logins..
