--I was able to log into my account and add the two horses. I also created a new password for the account in my profile page area. When I changed the password, now I have been locked out again. I tried the one that was emailed and the system is now locked. I assume my changing the password did not work and the one emailed will not work either. I hope I am not the only one! thanks Nancy, I was able to log back in with another new password. I will try to change it again, sorry for the need for attention on this:( I cut and pasted what I think are Mouse and Ryn's case history url's to my auto signature, and I saved it but it looks funny as it is highlighted in brackets? Will you check to see if I did it correctly? thanks for the extra help as i do want to upload my radiographs! Thank you, Kimberly

Not clear what you did exactly but your new URLs are not showing up. Recommend going back to your SUBSCRIPTION where the sig box is, delete the two new URLS you uploaded, then reload each new URL, one at a time.
