Good day all,
I have new blood work posted as well as some updated CH feeding as I now have a custom mineral mix that I will be starting to feed this evening.

The ACTH looks good but I am still concerned about high insulin, especially after last autumns recommendation from Dr. Kellon to up the pergolide (done) as uncontrolled ACTH could be bumping Insulin as well.  Where to go now???

The insulin of 28 is far away from the acute laminitis threshold so I'd say you're doing well.
