Question on Case Histories

As I start my case history on the new site, did you want us to enter 2 years of information from the old site or just start from where we left off on the old site?

Sharon, do you have current info, from say spring labs and meds, that needs to be entered? I would start there on the new site, also adding current weight/ BCS, diet, exercise, etc. Next go add last year’s labs and medications to give you two year history on the new site. Migrating everything currently in your groups io CH as you can, will be a huge help. For now if you have questions, two years worth is what DrKellon and volunteers have asked for to best advise going forward. If a longer term view is needed we can always view your older history in the groups io “library” for more perspective. I’m on the run and have not gone to search for your new CH to see if you have started one. if I am not clarifying things for you please give me details as to where you are hung up.
