Another great thing about Chewy - if you attempt to return anything they credit you in full and tell you to donate it.

Hi Sandy, Chappie loves all the flavors, so no help there, but if your horse likes peppermint candy, they’ll like the peppermint flavor. The fenugreek is very aromatic, like maple syrup, so if your horse ever had sweet feed before IR and liked it, the fenugreek should suit them. Chappie also loved bananas before IR, so that flavor works for him too.

Hi Sandy -
I've tried all the flavors with my herd of four. Four hooves up for Peppermint and Pina Colada - and that includes one VERY picky warmblood and a somewhat suspicious Mustang. Mixed reactions for the Fenugreek and Banana flavors. Thanks for checking on when the promo ends! Time to stock up. -- Lia S in CA, 2023 |

Both of mine like the Fenugreek the best. We’ve tried the pina colada and banana flavors too.

Welcome to ECIR, Lia. This informational welcome is sent when a new member makes an initial post and today is your day! Thanks for sharing your experiences with Stabul 1. I, too, use a fair amount as I use it to feed supplements to my herd of five old timers. They didn’t care too much for fenugreek either although I’ve heard many reports of horses who love it. One thing I did note about their flavors is that they seem to fade over time. Before Chewy, if I wanted Stabul-1, I needed to purchase a pallet. And, since Stabul 1 is not to be fed to IR horses in large amounts, the bags ended up being stored in my barn for quite awhile as I went through them. By the end of the pallet, they had no interest in eating Stabul-1. So, keep that in mind as you do your “stocking up”.
