Supplement pre-mixing, flax clarification

in the message linked above there was a mention made regarding flax and cyanide. Is the cyanide caution in reference to freshly ground flax seed or does that apply to stabilized flax as well? Is there a contraindication to adding flax to r-s-r bp or moistened TC cubes ahead of time? Today’s science experiment is preparing the carrier(s), adding the dry supplements so they’ll stick, then drying the mixed product, bagging and storing, then adding the oils at serving time.
